This March we’re partnering with SportAUS to help all Aussies get moving for 30 minutes a day.
30 minutes minimum each day is all it takes to make a significant improvement to your physical and mental health, and we’re excited to help as many people as we possibly can find their 30 by sharing FREE workouts and exercise tips – right here from 1-31 March. These workouts and tips are suited for all ages and abilities, and will also be shared with our members and subscribers via email.
