Is Ninja Parc good for me? Yes. Moving, swinging and jumping your way through the Ninja Parc course is an excellent way to stay fit and active while having fun.

Is there an age limit? Ninja Parc Casual play is recommended for ages 5 and up. For children under the age of 8, a supervising adult must attend to help them through the Parc to achieve the obstacles. Children under the age of 5 are welcome to attend Ninja Parc for casual play however we recommend they participate in our Mini Ninjas classes as these are a more age appropriate activity and there is a Coach to assist in these sessions. Do I need to book in advance? To ensure you’re able to access Ninja Parc at your desired time we recommended booking in advance. Weekends and holidays often sell out ahead of time and walk-ins cannot be accommodated during these peak periods. To avoid disappointment, check our session times for availability.

What time should I arrive? We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your booking start time to check in and sign any necessary waiver forms. Operating hours can vary per site. For your closest Ninja Parc operating hours, check our locations page.

I don’t have a credit card. Can I pay on arrival? We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, making it easy to book in advance. If you are unable to book online, you can make a booking in person (over the counter). However, by not booking in advance you may run the risk of missing out, or waiting for a session with availability.

What do I wear and are change rooms available? We recommend comfortable athletic clothing and closed in footwear such as joggers. For your convenience, change rooms are also available on site.

Do you have lockers? Ninja Parc has limited lockers available at each site. We advise you bring your own lock as they’re not included.

Do you sell gift vouchers? Yes, absolutely. Gift vouchers are available online or at Ninja Parc.

Can I bring my own food? Due to our Food Health and Safety Policy no self-catering is permitted at Ninja Parc. For individual dietary requirements please contact your centre for more information.
