Introducing the Active World app: Your self-managed personal portal

To make managing your classes a breeze, and to keep you updated on your little one’s progress, we’ve launched the Active World app to Ninja Parc members. This is currently available for Newcastle members, with other locations coming soon!

The app is your self-managed personal portal that’ll allow you to:
• Book new classes
• View upcoming classes
• Advise of your child’s non-attendance and book make-up classes
• Track learning pathways and progression
• Send and receive messages to the centre staff
• Manage personal and billing details

How to get started as an existing member:
Download the Active World app on the App store or Google Play

Enter your centre’s code:

• Newcastle: NP_NEWCASTLE

If you’re an existing member, it's so EASY! We have already set your account up! All you need to do is:

• Tap ‘Forgot Password’ (once you have downloaded the app)
• A link will be sent to the email you have registered with us for you to reset your password
• Jump back into the app, enter your password and you are all set!
